Choosing Samples of Meditation CDs

There are many Meditation Audio CDs on the market today and you can easily get samples of meditation CDs and try them out to see what fits your style.  I've tried out quite a few different Meditation CDs, sampling a wide variety of techniques.  While I've found quite a few pleasant CDs, I finally came across something truly revolutionary that actually works for me.

Just wanted to be one more of the many believers in your program. I have been using level one for three and a 1/2 months. I am moving up to the next levels and very excited about it. In the past months I have had many changes, but because they were so effortless I almost forget they were an issue. Addiction to cannabis, caffeine, fear of flying, excessive sleeping have all gone by the wayside.
